Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management (Tsinghua SEM) was established in 1984, with former Chinese Premier Zhu Rongji as the founding dean. After 41 years of development, Tsinghua SEM has achieved remarkable results in talent cultivation, scientific research, social services, cultural heritage innovation and international exchanges and cooperation. It has taken the lead in obtaining the top two certifications of global management education AACSB and EQUIS and becomes a leading economics and management school in China.
学院下设7个系：会计系、经济系、金融系、创新创业与战略系、领导力与组织管理系、管理科学与工程系、市场营销系。清华经管学院设有本科、硕士（含MBA和EMBA）及博士学位项目，在学学生近6000人。学院拥有强大的师资阵容，全职教师约150人，近60%的教师拥有海外博士学位。学院拥有良好的教学科研氛围、充足的科研经费、专业的行政支持、先进的硬件设施，并为教师提供有竞争力的薪资、科研启动经费及其他的福利待遇。
Tsinghua SEM consists of seven departments: Department of Accounting, Department of Economics, Department of Finance, Department of Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Strategy, Department of Leadership and Organization Management, Department of Management Science and Engineering and Department of Marketing. The school has over 6000 students in the undergraduate, doctoral, master’s, MBA and EMBA programs. 创新创业与战略系概况
创新创业与战略系于2013年1月10日由清华大学批准成立。新成立的创新创业与战略系体现了经管学院加强工商管理学科建设、把握工商管学科发展趋势和适应人才培养需求的战略需要。其目标是在创新创业和战略管理领域成为世界一流的研究和教学机构。
创新创业与战略系由原有的技术经济与管理系和企业战略与政策系合并而成。作为国内最早建立的技术经济学科，原技术经济与管理系一直是国家重点学科单位，其研究和教学不断创新，在国内居于领先地位，并具有广泛的国际影响。作为国内有影响的原企业战略与政策系，一直致力于提高中国战略管理研究的水平，贡献卓著。两个系合并后成立的创新创业与战略系，师资力量雄厚，综合优势进一步加强，学术研究将覆盖创新创业和战略管理理论和突出学科领域的前沿探索。
创新创业与战略系大的学术领域涉及创新创业管理、企业组织与制度、战略管理、国际管理。系现有全职教师20人，其中教授11人，副教授6人，助理教授3人。
The Department of Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Strategy was founded in 2013 for the purpose of fulfilling Tsinghua University's strategic needs for strengthening business administration discipline, grasping the development trends in business administration, and cultivating talented students for China and the world. It strives to become a world-class research institution in the field of innovation, entrepreneurship and strategic management.
The Department of Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Strategy was reorganized from two previous departments: the Department of Innovation and Entrepreneurship and the Department of Business Strategy and Policy. The former was the earliest program in its field in China, holding a lead position in research and education and having extensive academic impact internationally. The latter was committed to improve the research and education in the field of strategic management in China. The merger makes our faculty and research more competitive and diversified.
Currently, we have 20 full-time faculty members. Our faculty's research interests include innovation and entrepreneurship management, strategic management, and international business management.
领导力与组织管理系概况
领导力与组织管理系属于经管学院工商管理一级学科博士学位授予单位的一个重要学科。该系师资力量强，现有全职教师18人，其中教授6人，副教授9人，助理教授3人。所有教师具有国内或海外博士学位，多数教师在世界著名商学院接受过学习训练。除培养研究生之外，该系教师还为全职MBA、在职MBA、国际MBA、EMBA、工商管理高级培训项目及全校学生提供管理学、领导力开发、人力资源开发与管理和组织行为学等方向的多门必修和选修课程。
领导力与组织管理系具有很强的科研实力，该系与国内外知名学校和管理学研究者有紧密的联系，紧跟世界前沿学术发展，结合组织数字化转型、大数据和人工智能发展的趋势，在开展高水平学术研究的同时，为中国经济发展和企业管理提供了有益的理论指导。领导力与组织管理系具有教学与科研并重，理论研究与应用研究两翼齐飞，以及团结互助、自强不息、刻苦钻研、不断创新的优良传统。
